“Duped? No. Besides, the industry return rate is only 8%. Even if these mirrors increase returns slightly it’s still a net positive for your business.”

“Yeah… I guess… how do they work anyway?”

“Well, we take the glass and bend it slightly inward, not enough to give it the fun house effect, but enough of a curvature to make someone naturally appear 5 to 10 pounds lighter. All your customers notice is how good they look in your clothes. So what do you say? Should I put you down for an order of 10? One for each dressing room?”
